Overflowing arches and stunning bouquets begin in the earth, growing where they are planted from what was once just a small seed. The fragrance and feel comes from their distinct texture and tone.
So I’ll ask you — what narrative do we need to voice within your event? What is integral and how can we portray that? This storyline is what will drive our floral aesthetic.

You’ll receive a custom quote after your consultation. The below packages are listed to help you find a base package that suits your needs. In order to ensure the highest level of service, we limit the number of clients we take on during the wedding season, and have a general minimum order of $6,000 for wedding decor. We understand that some weddings and events may be smaller (less then 100 guests) or during off season months (december, january, february) so if that's you please reach out!

As soon as our initial consultation is complete, I’ll get to work on a comprehensive proposal for your event. This includes inspiration images, a color palette, pricing and more floral design details for your event.

Your price encompasses the design, flower type, arrangement, local delivery and installation. Pricing varies depending on the event size and flower type. And naturally, with fresh flowers, the price is impacted by their season. For example, we can find ranunculus all year long, but they are more cost-effective in the spring when they’re in bloom.

Flowers are typically between 10-15% of total wedding budgets. This can get closer to 20% for large, curated events. Here at Busy Bee’s Floral Design, the minimum budget for a full-size wedding is $7k, with custom packages available for destination weddings and off-season events (winter). On average, my couples spend between $7 to $20k on flowers.

I have a limited capacity in peak seasons in which these a la carte services are unavailable. However, I encourage you to reach out in the off season (between November and February) for small floral design packages like this! I’ll share my availability and tailored pricing at that point in time.
